Important Note: These terms and conditions govern the use of project-based services provided by Mother Solution in the IT sector.
Mother Solution agrees to provide IT project-based services as outlined in the project proposal and agreement. Any changes to the scope of services must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms. Failure to make payments may result in project delays or termination. Late payment fees may apply.
Mother Solution will provide estimated project timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be notified promptly of any adjustments to project schedules.
All intellectual property rights related to the project deliverables belong to Mother Solution until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client gains ownership of the project-specific intellectual property.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project. Non-disclosure agreements may be signed for additional protection.
Either party has the right to terminate services in writing for material breach or if the project cannot be completed for reasons beyond the control of both parties. Termination fees may apply.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
